Total Chaos!(Contest) [CLOSED]
I think most people in the MTG community know and/or play commander. That being said in Commander some crazy random cards are played. So pretty much, you choose an amount of creatures for each player equal to half of the players in the game, rounded down. (So, if there are 6 players in the game, you choose 3 of each player's creatures). Then, you choose two numbers that add up to 5 (So you can choose 0 and 5, 1 and 4, or 2 and 3). Then, you flip a coin for each of the chosen creatures, and if it's heads, it gets dealt the higher number of damage, and if it's tails, it deals the lower number in damage.

Created this forever ago based off a Forgotten Realms deity. Thought it fit this theme pretty well.

@KJMartin 3. Bolts of Unpredictability is a fantastic card and is pretty random BUT the only thing that didn't place it higher was that in my opinion a little to similar to Whims of the Fates.
@Gelectrode 2. Hellscape is one land that ensure that you will have zero friends to play commander with.
@koover 1. Oracle of Disorder is pretty much the card that is so random that I had a hard time wrapping my head around it if it was a card in real life. But that asides it is clearly the most random and chaotic card submitted for this contest.
