Reworked Artwork Challenge
Hey again folks, today I've got a pretty fun challenge in mind. It's pretty simple too!
1. Find a card that exists in Magic
2. Use that card's artwork for a new, completely different card

Based on this art. By Greg Staples. Oddly enough, the guy who did Baneslayer Angle. Small world.
I used Diabolic Tutor because it is one of my favouritest artworks ever made by anyone ever in the history of ever.

I'm pretty sure that picture is as close to a self portrait we will see of StD... because that's how those fantastical ideas pop into his head!

I chose to use the Doubling Season art from the Modern Masters set.
The image, to me, could depict a tangled hydra quarreling with its many heads.

Using the art from Gloomlance to make a Common-rarity Sorcery card.
Interestingly, Common-rarity is more rare a creation from me than Mythic-rarity. Is that ironic?

Using the artwork from Bant Sureblade. The use of the word "Devoted" in this card's title is a play on the fact that it cares about how mana colored mana symbols are on permanents you control.
