@Tomigon I never said it wasn’t possible. You are attempting a much more complex affect than Praetor’s Counsel, in reminder text on cards that inevitably end up in the graveyard, that alters a very odd set of cards in exile.
It simply isn’t realistic to attempt, though possible.

@Faiths_Guide It is odd. But personally, making a reminder card like Monarch or a new zone/rules feel more odd. But you don't get minus points from being odd in this contest, so whatever you choose, I'm looking forward to seeing what you can come up with
Based on the Eldrazi Processors, which really got me hooked into how Magic's rules actually worked with their unusual ability back in Battle for Zendikar.
