Is this good?
I think you need to lower the manacost of your design by one or two. The fact that the copy affect requires mana means that you probably can pay a little less up front for the card.
Also, the art you choose, though really cool, doesn't signify flying as well as the art I choose.
I like the new card a lot, it just deviates a lot from the original design, so it needs some more little tweaks.

I used that elemental art because I already knew it. You didn't give me the art link, so I felt lazy to find it.
I want to hear your tweak idea if you have. (In the card's page.) I want to make the card more simple. I thought the concept of the card is gaining advantage by casting instant or sorcery. So I put Izzet Guildmage like ability on it, instead of all abilities in the original. Then it have a space to put draw ability, which can provide you more instant and sorcery.
Also can you include the art links in your comments when you post new cards?
