I wanted to make an equipment-centric commander that wasn't all about slapping as many swords as possible onto your commander and swinging for 21. So I designed him as a reclusive master of armorcraft, and unable to be equipped himself.

A card that uses Conspiracy mechanics- unlike Queen Marchesa, Skyla prefers her allies over pure backstabbing. Leave her alone too long and she will drown you out with card and board advantage.
