This card is a twist on a counterspell that has a different effect depending on what is being countered.

No. 2: Saoganjo, Precipice Monastery

While not technically blue, it does add blue mana and it does have a distinctly blue effect, as well as flavor. I am particularly proud of this card.

No. 3: Erratic Visions

An idea that has been floating around in my head for a while, this is an indirect method of drawing cards that has even more random to it than just drawing a card. Even in a library manipulation deck, unless you've scried 7, you don't know what you're getting. But the relatively cheap mana cost and extra fateseal, I think, make it well worth it.

@Tutlaschk, the idea is original cards so if you can make a new name that is preferred but being first round, there is no stress about it. Future rounds will be more specific in terms of requirements as they will get more difficult.
