Teras VS Shanka

Teras feels the lingering essences of all those who died here.
"What happened?", he thinks, "There have only been a few tournaments." he notices that these souls are almost all the same age. "there was a massacre!" He says to himself as he steps into the Arena, which has somehow been made to look like a few city blocks.
He steps in.

Shanka pops a pepper into her mouth, imagining fire spewing from her mouth in a tidal wave of destruction. "No," she reminds herself. "There is only one who I need to defeat now." She smirks. "And it's goinng to be fun."

Teras wanders around, looking for Shanka and wondering what happened here. he thinks he sees Shanka behind a corner. "peek-a-boo!" She pops out and flings a curved and, disturbingly, red-speckled dagger in his direction, before running down an alley. He barely sidesteps, and follows into the alley

Shanka cackles as she leaps up on a dumpster. Teras follows her into the alley. "well, I do love a good chase!" she clambers up to the rooftops and sees the stadium packed to the brim. She sees Teras float up, now bigger, and with a posse of flickering spirits. "Catch me if you can!"

Teras follows the cackling Shanka with renewed speed. She arbitrarily tosses knives, rocks, and other sharp objects from her seemingly limitless pockets as she runs. Teras watches as his spirit posse are pierced and disappear. He runs toward her, determined to end this chase.

Shanka stops. "fine. Have it your way." She pulls out an abnormally long sword. "I call him Poker," she laughs.

As Teras stands in front of her, he summons the power of the souls in the arena. but then he feels something. some sort of entity, not fully dead, beneath all of it. he gasps, and Shanka uses this moment to plunge her blade through him. he pulls on all the strength he can. Then, he feels the Entity reach out to him. he begins to flare, the withering touch of death traveling down Shanka's Sword, and onto her. He watcher in horror as she disintegrates, becoming one more lingering soul in the Arena.
