Challenge: Make a Quest enchantment like those from Zendikar
Rules:
--Must be an Enchantment, and only an Enchantment
--Must have a condition that adds quest counters (no mana for counters or stuff like that)
--The quest does something once you reach enough counters. This can be whatever you want, just be realistic.

Not exactly a quest, but could qualify. My only concern is if it's too powerful.
