Help: I can't make Planeswalker cards

When I make a Planeswalker card, I select the image and then crop (step 1 and 2), but when I click the continue button, it redirects me to a blank screen

Does anyone know how to solve it?

Maybe trying refreshing the website? Restarting everything sometimes seems fixes everything.
