Reactivation Challenge #12– "Counterspells"

It was brought to my attention that I forgot to put an ETB trigger on the emergency shield. Please pretend I errata'd it to say "When Emergency shield enters the battlefield, exile target spell."

The results are in!

3rd place: Volatile Plans by @ChairForce! This was a very basic- and powerful Counterspell! Not as much versatility compared to other Counterspells, but good for preventing combat tricks!

2nd place: Sea Dress by @Tomigon! This card was so close to winning- it was incredibly creative, flavorful, and interesting! My only concern was that it was slightly too powerful for a one-mana counterspell.

1st place: Desperate Compromise by @seaspray4TF3! I loved this card! My favorite part was the flavor text! Such a good card!
