@Faiths_Guide - I think they try to allow everyone here to have a certain amount of leeway when it comes to conversations and how you choose to interact with one another. Some topics and opinions are going to illicit varied amounts of discussions, one way or the other, but it would not be fair to characterize someone as unintelligent because they disagree with your viewpoint. This forum is designed to allow everyone to discuss Magic, Magic cards and the art of Cardsmithing. Your statement, while important to you, is a volatile subject among people who have an opposing opinion. The best way to avoid starting a flame war that no one wants to see here, is to refrain from insulting any group of people, be it race, religion, or sexual orientation. Just remember... if you bring your opinions into a conversation, others will too. As long as those conversations remain fairly civil and don't interfere with the peace and harmony of the site, then everyone is going to be allowed to express themselves. Once it degenerates into something disruptive, then the moderators and site owners will step in and supply a resolution.
Hopefully that answers your question. There is currently no "Block" feature, and I don't believe there are any plans to install one.
@Corwinnn, at least a portion of his... comment... became "asterix'ed". I was mostly curious because, while some of us are capable of intelligent conversation resulting in a calmly reached resolution, others, totally un-involved, have a tendency to chime in with vulgar and intellectually unsound ridiculous comments that cause me annoyance. And, rather than tongue lash the young snip, I figured you might know of a way for me to make sure he caused no further disturbance on this discussion peaceably.
@Faiths_Guide - Those are your best options at this point. As I said, a volatile comment is going to garner a response, so it's usually best to keep opinions on those subjects to one's self... The quickest way to rile someone is to supply an opposing opinion on a subject they feel very passionate about... That's why it's a much more conducive environment for everyone if we just stick to opinions about the cards and card play in general. I hope that helps you. XD
Mara's mother Rachel died when she was young, but not before Mara got to know who she really was. When she was sixteen, her father perished in a house fire; Mara tried to find him and her most prized possession, a book of stories from her mother. Unable to locate her father, she was trapped in flames. That's when her powers as a mage awakened and shielded her in light, allowing her to escape.
Orphaned, and charged with the murder of her father, she laid in prison for a month. However, she was rescued by two students from Teltha Academy, a place where the blessed magic-wielding few could practice their art in peace.
There, she grew her abilities, made friends, fell in love, and finally found happiness. But it was not to be; due to the Academy's trifling with powers beyond their understanding, a portal opened up above it. Immediately all of the world of Teltha was besieged by demonic, tentacled creatures, commanded by an unholy beast that floated in the heavens.
Mara knew she was the only one strong enough to stop it, and after saying her heart-breaking goodbyes, she faced the nightmare. While it was vanquished, it cost Mara her life.
However, her soul was saved by a mysterious figure, one that needed her help to stand against a much greater evil: the ultimate enemy of all life, Archaos, the Dark One.
@Faiths_Guide Yea that's what I thought if he can untap every turn. This will make him pretty broken in those decks with a ton of 1 drop draw spells and 2-3 drops counter spells (imagine the untap-allowed version in a storm deck). Besides, there are already a gajillion of ways in MTG to untap a creature anyway.
