..Actually, the most simple wording of Low-flying is
Low-flying (You may have this creature attack as though it had flying.)
But the thing is, the image of creature becomes totally different. But this wording doesn't give flying to creature.
Sorry, I don't understand your wording of Legendsbane.. can you explain it in other words? Maybe because I'm not good at English, but I think there's other way to word it.
And I think what you want to do with the last ability is
"Whenever a legendary creature dealt damage by Political Assassin this turn dies, put a +1/+1 counter on it."

And there's a mistake in card name.
But yeah, it visually cool!
This is a bit different, but how about making it like bushido ability?
Legendsbane N (Whenever this creature blocks a legendary creature or becomes blocked by a legendary creature, this creature gets +N/+N until end of turn.)

In real life, many animals fly low. But why? Here are the reasons certain animals fly low:
-To catch prey easier.
-To catch prey in general.
-To maneuver normal flying creatures.
So what does this mean? It means when they are lower, they are better defended. So here it is:

I think the last ability should be written like
"Whenever Fish Seeking Pterosaur is blocked by a creature without flying, that creature gets -3/-0 until end of turn."
But I'll read your current text like this anyway so you don't need to remake it.
Ooohh, I've got an idea. Fitting with the keyword "contagious", I'll give all of them "infect" too. Then, the opponent has every reason to block.

Being a legendary creature with legendbane generally doesn't make sense, but I've interpreted it as someone who either has a lot of experience fighting legendary creatures, or someone who hates legendary creatures. For Althalos, I have chosen the latter. Probably due to some harrowing experience like accidentally killing some innocent townsperson, he blames himself and "so called heroes" as is made apparent in his flavor text.
