Equip your lands : FORTIFICATIONS !
Until now, there exist only one artifact with the subtype fortification : http://magiccards.info/fut/en/167.html
This challenge is to make new cool fortifications, aka artifacts with the ability to be attached to a land.
Like always, I'll be judging creativity, realismus and flavor/wording.

(Like you maybe know, I'm working on a ravnica project, and I think fortification would be a nice bonus for this set, it would fit ravnica pretty well. So this is a way for me to gather ideas.)

I love the ravnican flavor, but the card seems a bit underpowered.

Clean disign, beatuful, credited art. This is the kind of card I woulnd't be surprised if it were to be printed.

Add g... for each island?! It took me first by surprise. Very flavorful textbox, since the water lets the forests grow. Cool design, interesting, balanced, but the photo art might not be so fitting.

Very interesting way to generate card advantage, especially for colors who don't have access to it. It reflects the dreamlike strangeness of Magrite's art. It kinds of reminds me the moonfolk of kamigawa.
