Wishes! make a card pertaining to "wishes"

first, for my monthly challenge, some ground rules:

1: all cards MUST have realistic art(cartoon art on magic cards drive me crazy)

2: No spam whatsoever(bumps)

3: All non-planeswalker cards must have the wish subtype(non-creatures), or the avatar subtype(second part suspended for this challenge)

4: All submissions are due in one month(Febuary 1st)

5: Be polite(no rude words or downputting other's cards. always give constructive critisim.

In this challenge, you must make a card that affects the subtype Wish(acts like the Arcane subtype from Kamigawa, but on all non-creature spells.). This card can destroy wishes, search for wishes, bolster wishes, gather support from wishes, whatever!
