I did a custom deck contest a little while ago, and I wanted to see what would happen if we turned a deckbuilding thread into a permanent fixture, kind of like how the mechanic encyclopedia did after a while.
This is a place for custom decks made out of only Cardsmith cards (I mean, we even have cardsmith basic lands for crying out loud). I'm hoping it will be a place where we can help each other consider whether or not new mechanics or certain cards are balanced by putting them into the context of full decks. (This might even help set builders.

I know the deck is far from balanced, but the idea is still cool, if you have any comments feel free to tell me!
--The fanatic cycle feels unbalanced to me because each fanatic gives a different +X/+Y. I believe it would be fair (and make it feel even more like a cycle) if every buff was +1/+1.
--This deck is actually rather fair, since the Unaligned buff creatures (Mage/Guildmage/God) can be played around and become the main target of removal, since they don't gain any buffs themselves, and the Fanatics don't become very big either. The only real issue is that the Allied/Enemied enchantments grant Hexproof for 3 mana. I believe that either their mana cost should be increased because of how powerful that is, or that Hexproof could be changed to unblockable or some other, less powerful evergreen blue ability, since you seemed to have picked 5 abilities that the fanatics weren't, and because there's almost no difference if you pick shroud because the only card in this deck that targets your creatures is Reselect.
