Whenever you would create a Treasure artifact token, you may instead put a Gold counter on The Golden Caves.
At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library. Put the card onto the top of your library. If you don't, then play that card without paying its mana cost. You may only do so if The Golden Caves has Gold counters equal to or greater than the converted mana cost of the revealed card. (Lands have a converted mana cost of 0.)

I'm not sure it's green. If it's two colors, it's UB.
It's agreat card though. I think maybe a little overcosted. This feels like a five or, in two colors, even a four to me.
