  Start there.
  
  The other thing to do is browse some cards on this site, find artist's names, and then Google them. You'll be able to find the sites they use, artstation, behance, if they have their own.
  
  Mostly just avoid wallpaper sites and pinterest. They don't really promote the artist's names all the time.
