My tone is not meant to be condescending, I apologize that it comes across that way. I spent years working with MtG rules as a living, both teaching and judging. Not understanding the basic definition of Event seemed like the central problem. Anyone can make a mistake, especially typing quickly before going to work. For example, I was incorrect about the SBA. Syrix is correct, Win is no longer in the list of SBA. But Syrix you asked other judges about a Win the Game spell as it resolves, not one that has replacement effects unapplied. The spell must resolve with that text intact for the effect to happen. By the way Syrix, while your LGS may have enough judges, but speaking as a long-time head judge for events large and small, I'm sure someone would be glad to have your assistance if you can get to some of the larger tournaments and test. The official Judge program is both interesting and rewarding.
