Speed demons!
This contest is very simple. Make a flash and haste creature.
Here are bonus point challenges: For one extra point, literally make a speed demon (Make your card a demon)!, For two bonus points, make it a {w}, and make it worthy of that cost, but any flash and haste deserves at least 2 CMC. Hmmm..., And for 5 bonus points, combine both of the other challenges! You will get 5 points, not 8 points.

Also, the win is awarded to a card, not a cardsmith. So, you could win 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!

3rd- Bragging rights and mentioned on the final comment.

@ZendikarIncarnate it took another read through, but I believe the hangup is in your description of the 2 point criteria. Immediately after {w} I read that "haste and flash is worth at least 2cmc". Perhaps you could edit this and spell out the word white so as to not confuzzle the cardsmiths. Unless of course, I'm misinterpreting your intentions, but then how else is one to complete all 3 challenges?
Also, if white weenies wanted to play it, it becomes black after delirium so it loses any "white" bonuses it might get from honor of the pure or brave the elements.
