Devour is an older mechanic, so a lot of people don't know of it. Going forward I would recommend highlighting the mechanic you want to use. Saves people a little extra time and also might spark interest or ideas right from your contest page.
And if you ever miss something, forget, or are newly informed to other ideas, rules, or issues with a contest you make, just post a new comment, or if you can edit your original post still, which you usually can, since you have time once it's been posted to edit it, just edit your original post.
Much easier, and that way if you have entries or have already sparked awareness you don't have to lose anything or the work you've already done.
