Help with wording.

This is the card I created, however I feel that the wording is wrong.

    When Rizoel, the Divine Leader dies, if it is enchanted or equipped, exile all enchantments and equipments on Rizoel, the Divine Leader. Put a 1/1 White Human Warrior creature token on the battlefield for each card exiled this way. Then attach each card exiled this way to a different one of the tokens put onto the battlefield by Rizoel, the Divine Leader.
