Make a Land that you can't tap for mana. It can create things that can somehow add mana to your mana pool.
This will be judged based on flavor text, originality, and art, though not necessarily in that order.

Clarification:
Instead of making things that add mana and not being able to add mana itself I did the reverse. This thing makes things that make it unable to add mana but (under the right circumstances) it can add mana itself.
