2nd place: cadstar369, with Tropical Falls! Love the +1 loot, and last 2 not too overpowered!
3rd place: LONEvvolf, with Pristine Citadel! Very, very plain. I like it!
Honorable mention:
starwars05, with Ojutai's Temple! Unfortunately, I felt its -2 was too overpowered.
BradXmagic, with Command Tower! Unfortunately, I was going to place this, but its +1 had technical issues.
VSSS, with Alkre, the Flowing City! Love the art, love the abilities, but unfortunately Planeswalkers should be rare or mythic.
