Graveyard Manipulation Cards
You know the drill people.
My example

1. Only make a card that can mess with the graveyard
2. No Joke cards and no Joke artwork (Stuff like Cartoon art work is not aloud.)
3. Only one card per account
4. Only new cards
5. No reprints
6. Have fun!
7. This contest ends on May 2 (Date may change due to lack or high amount of entries)
8. Card must be balanced
9. Be creative don't just make a reanimate with for four.

I made this card for @Ludos but I realized that it can mess with the graveyard. It's ok if you can't count this.
