Nyx-Scale Viper

The last ability should read Nyx-Scale Viper.
Granting +2/+1 and flying with a dude that drops off if it dies for {2}{r}{r} is fine (IMO). You have to take into account that his last ability will trigger even if he is an enchantment.
Lastly, no, strings of abilities only capitalize the first, always. For example, if a creature had flying, first strike, and haste, the card would read thus:
Flying, first strike, haste ( http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=386549 )
Don't worry though, it takes a while to pick up on WotC nuances like these. I'm no pro myself.
If, however, you intended to say that Bestow and Flying (capitalized in this case) should be on different lines with Bestow above, you'd be right. That card was made before the small font option so I had to combine the two keywords on a single line. The appropriate formatting would be:
Bestow {2}{r}{r}
Flying
Enchanted creature gets +2/+1 and flying.
Whenever a player draws a card, except the first one they draw on each of their draw steps, Nyx-Scale Viper deals 2 damage to that player.
just wasn't room for that many lines :P
Also notice that keywords in an ability sentence (unless the first word in a sentence) aren't capitalized either.
