Custom Deck for a Custom EDH

So I've been wanting to make a custom EDH deck with and will probably redo a few cards in the process.

The Commanders I have in mind are;

Justiciar Arain (will remake her if so)

Theme: Mixture of minor control and aggressive aerial assaults

Theme: Suspends and Exile tricks with lots of burn and control

Let me know what you guys think. Need a little feedback before I attempt this.
