  @Grimshac, I don't really think that card fits the contest. It is too overcosted which means it is not a very good card. I would bring the mana cost down to 4 cmc, possibly 1RRR.

  It does amplify any other thing you have that can deal damage by a doubling the damage and adding one, so if you have a bunch of evasive 1/1s, they suddenly become evasive 3/1s
  
  Others have mentioned the manacost being too high too, though, so I will look into it
