Firstly, I probably should have rare shifted this from common to uncommon, but I feel like emblems don't come up enough in MTG to really warrant shifting it. Also, it has a massive downside of getting rid of your own emblems too, I guess. So there is that...
Doesn't get rid of them. Rather makes them moot for a bit.
