  I'm probably derailing most of you guys and gals entries, but by 0 CMC, wouldn't you technically have (or should) to be able to cast it? Because Carry the Lead is technically useless as a card unless you suspend it, so it doesn't really have an application as a sorcery or instant, and Mightning is just for the Splice and Forecast, so you can't actually cast it either, and if you did, either would do nothing.
