Feel It In My Bones
Make a card that changes the weather, however you interpret that. Natural disasters allowed, but discouraged (Hurricane, Earthquake, Inundate, etc). Can be any card type. Entries can be a single card or a vertical cycle (but not a horizontal one).

Weather Whirler
Never thought I would actually laugh aloud at a card I made. Let alone laugh at and actually like it at the same time!

It is still under construction!

I resent this the tiniest bit, since I'm currently experiencing it, but it's a fun card. Could be really interesting with Past in Flames or Psychic Spiral, or in a Dimir reanimator deck with the Innistrad Skaabs. I'd definitely run it: I don't know if I'd win with it, but I'd run it.

The wording is a bit rough around the edges, but it's an interesting effect. Has some really interesting synergies with a bunch of cards from Khans, too (Efreet Weaponmaster, Hooded Hydra, Salt Road Ambushers). I don't know that I'd have put it in Golgari colors, though.

First of all, it's SUPER cute, and the flavor text is great. Crunch-wise, it's a little oppressive, since it's fog on a stick. Even if you have to throw away a creature every turn, that can be a bit much. The fluff is also a little unclear: if the pilot is taking damage because it never stays up, why are the other creatures attacking it?

Very elegant card design (and also the only one not to use clouds, storm, or rain as the weather). It's a bit on the weak side, even with the recursion: I'd compare it to Heroes' Reunion or Dawnglow Infusion. Still a solid card, though.

The flavor of this is a home run. Gameplay-wise, it winds up being "target monocolored deck skips their next four turns", which is kind of a party pooper: it's why Naked Singularity has a cumulative upkeep. Bonus points for using optalk in the comments!

I'm a big fan of taxes (mechanically, not financially), and this is definitely that, but it feels a little like Moat stapled to Propaganda, even in mana cost. Perhaps a more specific art choice could clarify what you intended?
Anway, the winner is...
Ray of Sunlight!
I don't actually have a prize to offer you, but here's hoping for sunny days/and or rain if that's your thing!
Congrats @Gelectrode! Thanks for the contest @Beeswax!
