Similar to Isamura, Voltron agro style. Play Bart turn one as a 2/1 then when he dies bring him back as a 4/3 trampler then 6/5 and so on.

His function is to play late game to make the creatures in your graveyard bigger, and then sac him to send him back to the command zone to recast. After this is done a whole bunch of times, one reanimated the graveyard, which is now completely massive.
I would love to play this guy as my commander, green card draw!

Though he may be a little overpowered, I think he would be very fun to play, mainly with rebound and suspend cards (Dichotomancy ftw). He also sort of fixes your mana, letting you play one colour as another.

Run her as the commander (preferably in tiny leaders) and simply mill the opposition out.

So, You play this commander using creatures with the RAID ability. After you attack with a creature. You can bounce a creature and replay it for free and activate it's RAID ability. I messed up on the last ability. You tap Raid Commander and pay mana equal to target creature's mana cost to activate it.
