What do you do with your custom cards?

  • Me and my boyfriend even gave him some, 'cause we can't watch him carrying his cards around in a shoe box and playing with them unsleeved. Didn't help.
  • LoL @Mila... at least you tried, and that's what's important. As the old saying goes... you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him put sleeves on his Magic cards.

    XD
  • @Corwinnn
Huh, I thought it was "You can help a horse sleeve his Magic cards, but you can't stop him from eating them."

    XD
  • RoFLMao! That too @Faiths_Guide
  • Well, together with the custom cards goes a gift box and a whole bunch of new sleeves. The rest is up to him...

Lol. I'll put some sugar lumps into the box to make sure, leading the horse to sleeves is enough to protect the cards from ending up in the nosebag.

I play with them by loading them on untap.in

All you need to do is
    1. Make a deck list in wherever you want.
    2. Log in to the site.
    3. Click [New Deck]
    4. Click [Custom CCG]
    5. Click the button that has three lines in it.
    6. Click [Paste deck]
    7. Copy your deck list, and paste it in the box.
    8. Click [Insert cards].
    9. If all images of your cards show up, type a deck's name, and click [Save]. Your deck is done!
9.5 If the cards are not already loaded, you may need to have the image url available and load the card yourself. It doesn't take long at all!
    10. If you click [Game], you can create a game. You can decide the game's title, number of people(you can choose 1 player if you want to practice.), and game type(CSTM is what you choose. Not MtG). And the game starts.
  • I had 12 notifications over the course of 2 days...I'm so famous
  • I would play with them...But then my brother's the only real person I play with and he's the typical 'Grumpy teenager', and so would probably just make some cynical comment if he even knew I used cardsmith.
  • Just print out the cards, and fake them as real cards in front of your ultra-rich noob friends.
  • Me and by brother are making cards for a homebrew game-type for MTG that is going to be based off of The Ultimate Showdown. Here's the video if you want to see. :)

Me and my friends are hoping we can print them off and play it this Christmas. My bro and I have come up with a list of about 300 characters we think should be in the Ultimate Showdown and have gotten just over 200 of them done so far. I was thinking maybe I could post the ideas I have for it on here as a contest so anyone interested could post cards for the game and so that we could get some help making the cards so they do justice to all the characters. I like the cards we've made so far but a good number of them could be even better.

But... Can anyone post a contest? If so would this go under "Contests and Challenges" or "Just for Fun Contests"? Or something else?

    @Death_Methods
Anyone can (try not to post too many over a short period of time), and it would probably go in "Contests and Challenges" unless you don't want to give any kind of prize (favorites, follows, etc.). If no prizes slap it in the
    Just-for-Fun ;D
  • @VinylVantasy we should do that deck idea we had when we first started.
