Download Failure

Hie I really loved a card and I tried to download it, but through several attempts the card was not able to download, even after clicking on the download button, the error message that showed up was "Failed - No file". Any assistance would greatly be appreciated. Thank You

    Hmm... This happened to me too. I usually "save as" on my Windows 7 computer, but, if you use another OS, this may get difficult...
