Make a legendary creature that's all colors with no static abilities and has a search your library mechanic. That's it.

I was hoping that five colored meant just five colored. Oh well.
(I mean, I had a five color commander I would've entered, but it doesn't fit the "no static abilities" parameter.)

Damnation... What are saying? did word something wrong? Five color as in all the colors!!! and make me a new one then... ha.

No, it's the parameter, 'no static abilities.'

It's not there anymore, but it said 'Whenever a legendary creature that's not your commander you own dies while (name) is on the battlefield or in your command zone, put that creature into your command zone.'
Not sure how it'd work, anyway.
