Have you printed your cards?
Just recently got Magic Set Editor and am loving the templates and all. I'm thinking of ordering a set of cards to be printed to see how it looks and get some into play. Wondering what other people use to get high-res prints, and would love to see some pictures of your custom cards!

In terms of actually having them printed, it's possible. I looked into it once and it actually isn't toooooooooo expensive. They are the same size as most poker cards so there are sites out there that will let you upload custom images to be card faces. The thing is you need to get them in large amounts. I think the minimum was a 52 card deck. Also, the largest resolution this site produces is only a hair or two smaller than the largest MSE can produce and while it should be totally fine for professional printing, they can accommodate much higher resolution images. I don't feel comfortable giving it an image with the PPI so much smaller than the printer is capable of.

Since those cards are cheap and occasionally imperfect you might find that larger sleeves are the way to go. Also matte sleeves that you can't see through will be required to make it compatible with other (real) MTG cards.
Those cards are the exact size as MTG cards, to the millimeter. GSM300 or GSM310 (black core) should be roughly identical to the paper stock used.
This image should be a sufficient resolution for the back of the cards: http://imgur.com/8SwF6gv
I'm considering doing it once I create enough cards that I like. If I do I'll post the results.
