That's fine. I do like flashback, but if this serves your purpose, I can't complain.

Actually, that card needs to be edited. The references to the card name are not uniform.

You mean the name should be Chocking Cloud? The reason why I changed the name is because "Cloud" sounds only threatening for flyer. But I agree that "Chocking Smoke" isn't good, because all smoke is chocking. Let me know if you have an alternate idea..
I don't like flashback only when it is put on removal spells. Casting a creature when I already know it will be removed is very unfun and sad.
I don't have a wishlist yet. Maybe I should temporally stop this challenge until I make new wishlist.
Thanks for the card! I think "then you many untap another target creature." part is making it overpowered. Activated ability is strong too.
I mean that the card does not refer to itself consistently.
"Choking Cloud deals 2 damage to each creature. If Choking Smoke was kicked, it deals 5 damage to each creature instead."
Perhaps "Billowing Ash" is a better card name.
