@Rednaxela 's Enlightened Oracle - Fits your colors great and has some interesting library/graveyard interaction. Seems balanced too. Also a black sphinx, which I don't think I've seen before.
@Rednaxela - Nope you're still good. I'll begin judging right about now though.
Neat mechanic on Bloodlord Varon. I think the tribal enchantment might be too strong though. Madness costs are usually already reduced and reducing them more might make things too cheap. Also, perhaps for the Bloodlord Varon you should make the cards' madness costs be equal to their mana costs minus one. Otherwise you'll be casting cards like omnipotence for {2}{B/R}.
(Also I just realized you already sent in two entries so I'll only be judging those)
1st Place: @Ninjapenguin12 's Ophelia, Twin Destinies - Really loved this mechanic, also a really balanced card. Fits its colors well. You win five favorites of your choice (Just send me the links).
2nd Place: @Rednaxela 's Enlightened Oracle/Glass Mountain Dragon - Both cards fit their colors extremely well and are balanced perfectly. Also, neat artwork and abilities. You win three favorites of your choice.
3rd Place: @Faiths_Guide 's Conniving Coercer - Fits its colors well and is very "Dimir" ish. You win one favorite of your choice.

Funny that I'm not even that big on Dimir...
Oh, darn. You did add "Limit is 2" in a comment. I was wondering why I stopped at 2...
