It was a little weird having an oath that requires it to be kicked for it's first ability, however both of the abilities were well flavored with the planeswalker card.

Really good flavorfully. The second ability is really nice; I really found it cool that you aren't putting a fully formed dragon out there and it is well costed for its ETB ability. Fantastic job!

The ETB has fantastic flavor synergy and the card is overall well costed for that ability. I really liked the idea of an oath with flash. Like a last second protection. Very nice.

@ningyounk with Oath of Moiro
First, let me start with Moiro is a fantastic planeswalker with great original abilities. His flavor synergy is great, dealing with returning things to the battlefield but taking just enough to make you wonder if it's helping or hurting. The only big thing I have is that personally, I would have put another {b} in the cost, because the oath itself could be an instant kill. Drag a huge eldrazi out of a graveyard and you could potentially kill your opponent with just that, however the fact that you lose life is justifiable for it's current mana cost. Great job!
