Does that mean only new cards made for this contest?

There's a chance you don't even get to cast it lol. But if it does manage to resolve, the game as you knew it is completely out of whack.
Here's another that's pretty elusive:

@RohanDragoon On King's Madness, what does a madness counter do?
http://mtgcardsmith.com/view/cleopatra-5?list=set&set=1027
When a permanent with a madness counter on it becomes tapped, it doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
Creatures: At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If it comes up heads, switch that creature's power and toughness.
Lands: When a land with a madness counter on it taps, it produces an extra mana of the same color/colorless as was produced
Planeswalkers: Planeswalker abilities add/remove double the amount of loyalty counters as original. Planeswalker abilities can be activated at any time an instant could. If a planeswalker activates an ability that targets an opponent or an opponent's permanent, that ability is copied and targets the planeswalker's controller/controller's permanents.
Artifacts: At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If it comes up heads, the artifact becomes an X/X artifact creature where X is equal to its converted mana cost until your next turn. It loses all other abilities.
Enchantments: At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If it comes up heads, that enchantment loses all abilities until your next turn.
This was originally posted in the comments, so it's there too. It basically adds a huge chance factor into play where everything is decided by the flip of a coin.
Wait, so which 3 cards are you entering?
Thanks for explaining the ability!
No, I'd say not. When I say chance, I mean more of a coin-flipping, dice-rolling type thing.
@Faiths_Guide
Great card! A very balanced-out type of aggro card.
