dimir vs Izzet

In this challenge you will make,

dimir cards. (2 max) Or izzet cards. (2 max) (or both) meaning 4 max cards.

A dimir card is black and blue, a izzet card is red and blue.

Rules,

1. No evergreen keywords for any non-creature spells or lands.
2. No cards that are blue, green and black, blue and black or green and blue only.
3. Id prefer all real keywords, but its okay if you make some up.

i will announce the top 4 cards, 1st to 4th, i will send each cardsmith (that created a winning card) the prize, they may request a different prize and i will tell them if ill do it.

Ends August 22nd, 2016.

You may use the emerge keyword.
