Return of Portal 3 Kingdoms (Horsemanship)(closed)

You remember Portal 3 Kingdoms? It was a set from 1999, and it's based on the ancient Chinese Historical based book, 3 Kingdoms. Now I want you to make a card based on it. You can translate the book to English if you want, or if you are too lazy, just search up the set online, and find a legendary guy. Give me his name, I'll basically describe him and you can make a card. Don't want to do that? Well... Here's a reminder... Horsemanship. Other than reprints, the ability Horsemanship was only featured in that set. It states that Creatures with Horsemanship can only be blocked by other creatures with horsemanship. It's unbelievable good. Pretty much, those are the only guidelines.

If your still lazy, just make a non-legendary soldier. And horsemanship is awesome!

Do not name a soldier Ching Chong Bing Bong.
