Orzhov Aristocrat
A while back I made a card called Rakdos Aristocrat. The idea was to make a 10 card set of Aristocrats based on the Ravnica Block Guilds. I was never truly happy with the cards I made for this, and I was waiting for the moment when inspiration would strike, and then I realized that this would make for a great challenge!
We just completed the first challenge for the Rakdos Aristocrat.

So here it is... The second of 10 challenges (As long as you all like it and it continues to be popular)
Orzhov Aristocrat
The guildelines are as follows...
1. CMC of 5, 4 or 3.
2. Must have at least one black and one white mana in the casting cost.
3. Should be Uncommon or Rare.
4. Should fit the feel of Orzhov.
5. Subtype should include "Advisor"
6. I would prefer the name of the card be Orzhov Aristocrat, but that's not required.
The judging will be comprised of Comments made on the cards by other cardsmiths as well as favorites on the cards, and I will also take into consideration your thoughts as well. Any ties will be broken by myself, or a vote.
The reward for this challenge shall be a TROPHY and a custom card of choice! The top three cards will be announced.
The contest ends on May 1st
Here is a recent sample I made

This is a really simple and subtle card. It really captures the essence of the Orzhov in such a cool way! I love the effect you built onto it! Nice Job!

Two weeks in a row at second place! "There is always a price greater than gold."
The card is good, it was strange not to see Extort on there, but you reworked it in a very interesting fashion for me, Summoning a spirit that can block or be useful for some other purpose, and then giving her the ability to turn that spirit into pain at a moments notice. I love it, and the flavor took this good card over the top for me.

You got a lot of votes on this one. They were well deserved! The only knock on this was using MtG art, but that's minor, really. It comes across as what it is, a power player who lurks and grows powerful behind the scenes. Building an army of followers and willingly accepting the spirits of those who have come before... Congratulations on making a really awesome card!!
Thank you to everyone for their entries!!!
