  I'm confused by the "make a real card" project O.o
  Is there an official contest I don't know of? Or is it just a personal project of yours to present the card to WotC and ask them if they want to add it to the set? Because WotC staff is not allowed to even look at unsollicited design. Also, Mark Rosewater specifically said that both Kaladesh and Aether Revolt were locked ( http://markrosewater.tumblr.com/post/147981712378/so-if-sets-are-locked-down-nine-months-before ).

  I'm going to PAX on September third to meet Gavin Verhey, Bryan Hawley, and Ken Nagle from Wizards of the Coast for a chance to make a card for the Kaleadesh block. :P

  Ah I see, it's the "Sept 3—5 p.m.–6 p.m.—PAX Invents the Card panel" you're talking about? If I'm not mistaken it's like a design lesson, M. Rosewater said he did it at his children's school once but, if I'm correct, that is in no way a chance to design anything that could become a real card ^^

  Chances are, since Kaladesh is so much artifact based, is should have cards like {t} add {X} to your mana pool. Use this mana only to cast (Artifacts/Equipment/Thopters/Constructs)

  I posted the idea for the card on the Kaladesh Spoiler a while ago and here is my idea for Saheeli:
  
  Saheeli Rai
  1UR
  3 Loyalty
  +1: Reveal the top card of your library. If it is an artifact card, put it into your hand.
  -1: Saheeli Rai deals 2 damage to target nonartifact creature.
  -6: You get an Emblem with "Sacrifice a nontoken artifact: Put X colorless 1/1 Thopter creature tokens with Flying onto the battlefield tapped where X is the sacrificed artifact's converted mana cost.."
