For this contest, you will be making a Simic (green/blue) card that cares about +1/+1 counters. Rules: 1. The card must actually care about your creaures having +1/+1 counters. That means that it can't just put +1/+1 counters on a card and that's it. 2. You are allowed to change your card any amount before the contest ends 3.
