Quick Question about Text

Hey I'm new here, and I just have a quick question. I can't seem to find instructions for this anywhere. Basically, I'd like to put some spacing between my card abilities, but cannot seem to do that. How do I do this?

Is there also a way to control the size of the text? Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I hope this was the correct category for this.
