1 CMC Planeswalker

There haven't really been any 1 CMC planeswalkers in the game, and it seems like an interesting design. It also sounds tough to make playable but not unbalanced (Especially for blue). I'm kind of new at this, so the contest is to make a Planeswalker card that's balanced, but still tough, with a converted mana cost of 1.

Here's my attempt at a blue 1 mana walker. I tried to make it so he gives you a slight advantage, but not so much that he's broken. First off, he starts at> 1 loyalty, which makes him easy to pick off if he drops turn 1. His first ability, though you get to scry, each player gets to see your next draw and can begin preparing for how to combat that threat. the second ability gives you a slight card advantage, but not much, and frankly, it isn't very practical due to its high loyalty cost. The final ability is where he really gets good. Sure, you have to wait 8 turns at least to get the emblem, however it gives you a card advantage on each of your turns plus any time you use a blue draw spell, which is pretty nice. The only thing I don't know is if his last ability is too high a cost. 9 loyalty on a 1 loyalty start is a pretty hefty price, so that was the only thing I personally didn't entirely like about it when reviewing it.

There was a 2cmc planeswalker contest a while ago and that was pretty difficult because there are almost no abilities you could give someone to use every turn (while upping loyalty) that you could justify paying 1 mana for once.

@Shagoth, Nope, Toxic counters are created by the mechanic "Toxin" from the Mechanix 5 challenge, all of this is noted in a comment on the card page

I personally think Leopold is overpowered. You basically get an 8/7 creature with vigilance basically indestructible and double strike turn 6.
As another thing, I personally don't know that the hybrid works. I've always seen hybrid as "this permanent could be played solely with either color", however the -X ability is in no way white. It's pure red/green.

@Latinas I think the fact that it can kill creatures by given them -1/-1, especially since on the first turn it's likely to be every possible creature, is kind of OP. maybe -2/-0?

@RohanDragoon I'm not worried about the color, or the turn 6 - planeswalkers can be targeted after all

I suppose I would concede a debuff of his creature form and the emblem, maybe 4/3 on the creature and +2/+2 on the emblem.

@mintyfreshmana, I would recommend removing the double strike ability, and making it a -7 or +2/+2. Even Elspeth got +2/+2 on like turn 9

IDK, seems fine aside from the consistent card advantage +1. That's pretty bonkers and something I'd expect on a 4cmc planeswalker.
