Idea for a set based around artifacts just like the other sets. I really like vintage artifacts and thought it would be cool to do something like this. The story would be this: Urza had created an alternate realm using an artifact known as the troposphere, that created an entire new universe of his creations that he hoped to use as a sort of paradise. However, phyrexian's have accidently slipped into this realm, creating chaos in the area, that must be fixed by the nation of machines and artifacts that Urza has created.

This set would introduce some new effects like spare gears, which could be used to build artifacts or cast them from your hand by discarding them, and therefore using them to create the machines. Kind of like an alternate mana source for artifacts.
