My request: A double faced non-human werewolf creature (like an elf werewolf.)

Request: Create a new card which uses the Heroic mechanic.
As for my request, something to do with extra turns that is not in blue.
Tried to make it as balanced as possible, still probably a tad too good.
Request: An enchantment that generates special mana and gives an effect based on how the mana is spent, ala Pyromancer's Goggles or Boseiju, Who Shelters All.

P.S. It doesn't have to be life loss like deaths shadow, just something that benefits off a bad thing.
