  @Beeswax, can this card work under the assumption that if a creature is returned to its owners hand it stays sworn against the creature that have dealt damage to it?
  
  I edited the card so that it now has text clarifying that Spiteful Saboteur stays sworn against creatures when it moves between the hand and the battlefield.

  I'm not exactly content with the card, because it feels more like a better Specter that'll usually be bigger at the expense of being dualcolored and often one mana more expensive, and without the combat damage trigger. If you can play it correctly, it simply grows bigger and discards what you want your opponent to discard by attacking.
