    AUTHOR'S NOTE : This ability is always paired with another ability that makes creature tokens paired with the creature.

    Legacy N by @liftinggravity
    Legacy N (When this creature dies, put N tokens that are copies of it onto the battlefield except for its legacy ability.)

    Parasitism by @liftinggravity
    Parasitism (When this creature enters the battlefield, if it was cast from your hand, exile a creature card from your hand. When this creature leaves the battlefield, put X tokens that are copies of it onto the battlefield, where X is the toughness of the creature exiled with this creature.)

    Instability by @liftinggravity
    Instability (At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {X}. If you do, this creature has base power and toughness X/X, and it can't have -1/-1 counters placed on it.)

    Repair by Darkray
    Repair [Cost] (At the beginning of your end step, sacrifice this permanent unless you pay its repair cost.)

    Smite by @RekasorusRex
    Smite [cost] (Whenever a creature dealt combat damage by this creature this turn dies, you may pay this creature's smite cost. If you do, exile that creature instead.)

    Viral by kltmtg29 - http://mtgcardsmith.com/user/k...
    Viral (Whenever this creature deals damage to a creature, put a viral counter on that creature. Creatures with viral counters have infect.)

    -------------------------------
    If you have any update idea for the mechanic, you can change it as long as it is the same concept.
    You can remake your entries as many times as you like.
    Reminder text isn't necessary. That's one of the good thing about keywording!
  • Oh... So this is why you couldn't do the Pro Team Contest @Corwinnn

    In this post I'll collect my entries over time.

    Furious
    I think this may be the first mono red card I've ever made.

    Entangle
    And there's already the second one.

    image

    Flame
    Well, it seems to be my intruduction in red with this contest.

    image

    Puppetmaster
    Aaand another one.

    Am I wrong or is Parasitism just:

    "As you cast this spell, choose a creature card from your hand and exile it.

    Legacy X, where X is the toughness of the creature card exiled this way"

    So it'd be quite redundant.

    And Entangle seems just to be plain op. There's just one exception I can think of making it ok-ish. I'll make that card. ;)

    @TrippleBoggey3
    No, people enter contest they choose. You can't force anyone to enter your contest. It's a cool contest though!

    @Feyamius
    Hahaha good thinking! :D

    @Everyone
    If you write another keyword next to the first keyword, it isn't capitalized.
    For example: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=221563
    "Trample, infect, indestructible". Not "Trample, Infect, Indestructible"
    But it's just a small thing. No need to remake only for this. You don't get minus point.

    Btw, you can use new "create" word for token generator cards! You can fix reminder text!
  • @Tomigon
    I know that "keywords next to another" thing, but I hate it. So I'll continue to capitalize them. ;) I already keep myself from capitalizing keywords in the continuous text ("Target creature gets +3/+0 and Trample until end of turn"), so well ...
  • @Feyamius
    I think it's totally fine!
  • No, @Tomigon, @Corwinnn told me he couldn't join because he had a project to do. I thought it was like work or something, but turns out it was this.
  • @TrippleBoggey3 - I have several projects coming up, This is the first.
    XD
    Plus I have a bunch of real life things that are going to constrict my ability to contribute to other major projects, including work and school.
    XD
    @Feyamius - I prefer to capitalize the keywords too, so I never count that against someone
    XD

    @DeepSky
    With "Acid blood" wouldn't it be more flavorful, and less easily broken, to change it slightly?
    Acid blood (When this creature dies, if it was dealt [combat] damage by a creature this turn, it deals damage equal to its toughness to that creature.)

    Admittedly it becomes less versatile, but it is similar to Deathtouch in some ways and awesomely flavorful!

    What do you think?
  • @Faiths_Guide - It makes sense to me
    XD

    @liftinggravity
    Maybe Parasitism could be changed slightly:
    Parasitism (When you cast [CARDNAME], you may exile a creature card from your hand. When [CARDNAME] leaves the battlefield, create X tokens that are copies of it, where X is the toughness of the creature exiled with this creature.)

    By using cast it gives your opponent the opportunity to 2-for-1 you with a counter, which I think is appropriate since you'll be getting crazy copies otherwise. I added "you may" so that you have the ability to not use the ability against counter-heavy decks; it also saves a lot of space text-wise. I just slapped "create terminology" on the end there because it's the new norm and saves bunches o' space.

    @liftinggravity

    Instability should certainly be an "Until end of turn" effect IMO. The no -1/-1 counter is a bit of a flavor fail, especially if it's indefinite.

    Awww, only 1 each? I mean, it's completely reasonable considering the ~100 submissions last contest, but darn.

    Furious needs to state "until end of turn."
    Furious (Whenever this creature attacks, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn for each untapped creature defending player controls. )

    [I used the sentence structure from Goblin Piledriver.]

  • I tried to figure out what good would it be to give your opponent's creatures' infect. Then I got this idea:
